This scholarship is available to students pursuing post-secondary education in the various fields of health, medical arts, and sciences. Applications must be submitted and/or postmarked no later than April 15th of the application year. Scholarship determination will be mailed to the applicant no later than May 31st.  (Link to Scholarship Application)
